I made an appointment with them three days out at SantaCaliGon Days. The appointment was made in person and they gave me a reminder card. At not point during the conversation was I informed that I would be required to do an additional verbal confirmation. They called very late the day before (in the evening) which meant that I did not get the voicemail they left until 30 minutes after they were scheduled to arrive.
When I went to call them to find out where they were, I discovered the voicemail. They stated that since I did not confirm they would not be coming and had reassigned the crew to another appointment. They asked to reschedule, but I explained that I was busy and did not have time to reschedule and that I had even moved around other appointments to be home. They did not respect my time or appreciate the frustration of waiting. I will be choosing a different company that will honor their appointment times.
