    Build our custom dream home
    $481,000

    Chris Pryor Homes was contracted to build our custom dream home in 2018. This house is still not complete and he stolen funds for appliances, flooring, AC units and other unfinished items. Southside Bank has listed him as builder that they will never work with. On July 15, 2020 he as fired as our builder and on July 16, 2020 came to the project made verbal threats to the new builder and stole items from the work site. Submitted Eric Flemming

    Eric is an absolute liar and a thief. His word is not worth the paper it is written on. He thinks he can bully me into free work by trying to post negative reviews. He is sadly mistaken. His house was submitted to build in 2019. I have all paperwork. His house was shut down after he refused to pay all extra items and work that had been performed. He had nothing at all to do with this home build. It was all his wife that unfortunatly passed away. She handled everything professionally and payed for all extras she added. After she passed he was lost. Had no idea what was happening. She had the money and was the bread winner. He was along for the ride. I was never fired as i have proof of that as well. The locks were changed on the house as he got mad about owing extra money. This was his solution. I did go back to get all my lights, ladders and extra materials i had purchased and was mine. I could not be more happy that he is deciding to move on. He is a con and a thief. For 25 years i have made customers happy with no complaints. I have built and completed several homes since his started with all very happy customers living in their dream homes. He is that customer we all know. The one that you just cant make happy and wants freebies. God rest Miss Jackie's soul. I am sure she is turning in her grave watching Eric be a greedy fool.
