Apparently, Lowe's has a low bar and allows this company to function as a 3rd party vendor. We bought a door at Lowe's (first mistake). This vendor was selected for installation but used a bad number (from who knows where is still a mystery to this moment) to try and reach us to schedule delivery. They then magically found my cell and finally reached us to schedule delivery. I let them know and was told they would remove this number (regretfully, I trusted them). On day of delivery, their installer was caught up on a job, and knew this very early that morning, and failed to alert us. Why? Yep, they supposedly used the wrong phone number. They wanted me to wait another 3 hours hoping they would come. When I complained they responded with selfish excuses then QUIT on doing the job altogether and didn't even have the professionalism to contact Lowe's. 100% TOTAL FAILURE. 100% UNPROFESSIONAL. Yep, I just returned from Lowe's returning my nearly $2,000 door plus install. This is one of those 'I'm sorry but you (the client) just need to deal with it' type companies. Excuse-making is not a business strategy. Their staff needs serious client service and communications training.

3/22/2023 - Lowe's uses Install Partners for outsourcing install projects - unfortunately for my window install, Lowe's chose C&R Remodels and they commenced the work on October 11, 2022 to install eleven (11) windows in one (1) day. Fast forward, 162 days later - my window install job has still not been fully completed, and the interior of the home has water damage due to lack of proper sealing of the windows that were installed. City of Tyler Inspection FAILED their work, noting issues of improper sealing, hence creating water damage to the interior of the home & installing windows that were not a correct fit, etc. Visible light can be seen, wind can be felt and again, with the water issue, it's such a mess! Visited Lowe's AGAIN today (3/22/2023) with all documented calls, emails, pictures, Lowe's contract and City of Tyler Inspection disapproval notice and had lengthy discussion at front counter, on speaker phone with Install Partners to let all within hearing distance be aware and stayed until resolved. C&R REMODELS will NOT be completing the job they so carelessly & unprofessionally started 162 days ago... that request was made clear to Install Partners. I will warn whomever I can about how sorry C&R Remodels are. When I called for an update on repair, his attitude was denial, extreme immaturity & excuses. Several Lowe's counter help had negative remarks about C&R Remodels as well. Stay away from C&R Remodels! Unable to post unless I select star(s) to rate - the 1 star given is not deserved - only given to post my message.
