I would suggest you find another electrician. He didn't put any focus on the project. He told me the panel number we needed and that it was 7k. I thought it was too expensive. I shopped and found it for 3500. So I ordered it. It was wrong. He had me order the wrong panel. Cost me 1000 to have it shipped back. Then delay after delay. He put no priority on my job. He had other jobs going that were apparently more important. I dug trenches for underground Wiring running to an ADU and pool I was building. I asked him to run the conduit. He agreed. they finished the conduit. Then delay after delay. He kept putting off running the wire to the pool equipment and ADU. He finally ran the wire for the pool equipment. Told me the wire to run to a 100 amp sub panel 100 feet was 3000. Just for the wire. A full scam. I paid it. He finally did the panel change. Supposed to be a one day event. Again disorganized. A mess. Ended up being 2 days. cut a huge opening for the panel. Oversized. No precision at all. Also knocked a whole in the drywall in the garage because they missed a wire. Neither one repaired. Left the solar control poorly attached. Then presented me the bill. He charged me 10k to run the conduit and 100 feet of wire. Hadn't given me an estimate of the cost beforehand. Just stuck it to me. Our agreement was he would run the wire for the ADU. I would get the wire. he wrote me an invoice the day they finished the panel. I didn't bother reading it too closely I just paid him. I contacted him the next day to see when he was running the wire for the ADU. He said he wasnt and didn't I read the invoice. So He had slipped in that I was going to run the wire myself. After all of the discussions. He was ghosting me. He is untrustworthy and just chasing a buck. Save yourself the aggravation and choose someone else. If I can save one person from the problems I endured it would be a good thing
