Silly me, gave Curtis Construction from Orroville, Ca and he cashed the $25,000 I fronted him to put a garage in Browns Valley. He did no work on the garage that he verbally said he would do.
Now I have a complaint into the State Contractors Office.
Yes, he may be 94%, but I do not trust him. Yes, I am the fool for not getting a written contract.
Just warning others. Pass this one up.

C Rogers is a thief. Do not use this contractor. I spent 20yrs in the military protecting our freedoms. Hired C Rogers to put in simple garage. He took money. No garage. Filed complaint with Ca Contruction Board. They are pitiful also and ruled in his favor with no proof of doing any work. Again pitiful contractor.
