    [email protected], we hired them to put in a deck and windows.

    We had a huge problem getting contractors to even come to the house to look and give us an estimate. We were out driving and I was complaining how hard of a time we were having when I looked up an saw their sign on the back of their trailer. I called it right then and they stopped and we introduced ourselves on the side of the road. They showed up when they said they would (imagine that), gave us an estimate which was reasonable and clear so we hired them. We were so happy with their work we have hired them for several other medium sized jobs since. Always happy. On a personal note, I ended up in a wheel chair for a few months and they made sure to find the time to come to the house and fix things so I could use my chair in the house. We are Loyal Customers.     we have used Culp builders in the past. Most recently we had them do a lot of different project from pretty much rebuilding the full length front porch with a balcony over. They replaced the the main support posts along with the main beam covering the length of the front porch. they also put new railings and painted the balcony to match what was replaced. They also put in several beautiful windows from basement to kitchen . All are done and look amazing. We had the siding and roof pressure washed. They did an excellent job as the house is not on flat ground and is 3 stories high! The quality is fantastic and cleaned up everyday after they were done. Right now Matt is working in the downstairs bathroom. He replaced some small places that had water rot. He is putting in tile in the bath unit and also floor tile. He is very helpful and met us at Home Depot to pick out the tiles and toilet and grout. Very knowledgable and we trust his opinion. In short, the people feel like family and were very welcome in our home and were extremely respectful of our property and privacy. In the future we will use Culp builders without hesitation. It is very nice having one contractor do all the jobs and do them well!!!!Extremely pleased and the house looks amazing!
