This company has gone downhill. After paying them, the heat stopped 5 minutes after they left. They left the thermostat practically hanging out of the wall. They promised to come back, did NOT, and I froze most of the month of November thinking they would be back as they said. I had to go to another company, and lost all monies on C & S repairs. I no longer recommend this company for residential work as it is not their priority by any means. They did not answer email, and an employee there told me I would be better off getting another company to fix my heat. Big Thumbs Down.
