Very difficult to deal with. After my project was initially started, the poor quality of work performed by this company was so unacceptable, I was forced to immediately stop what they were doing before it was beyond the point my exterior walls could be repaired and painted. The owner rarely responds to months of communications and refuses to refund my deposit, even though she said she would back in December 2020. Last email from the company was in January 2021. My next steps are the BBB and small claims court to get my money back. I have photos of the terrible work quality and copies of the emails as documentation. This has gone on for far too long. I do not reccomend this company. Not only did they tell me what a wonderful job they would do but they did the complete opposite instead.

I completely agree with the review by Kelly T. C&S is an ill-prepared and mostly inept partnership of two irresponsible "painters" that promise experience and expertise and can "talk the talk" to beat others out of local bids, but ultimately are nothing but lazy, short-cutting hacks whose discounted price ends up being commensurate with the shoddy work done on their own abbreviated time and with ever-decreasing effort. My project was redefined by C&S several times and significant portions left horribly unfinished or chiseled out completely, and some steps substituted with easier "token" tasks to supposedly make up for their failings in skill, lack of motivation or slipping schedules. I would never recommend this team to anyone, unless they were having a shed or child's play house painted and detailed that could be easily redone by someone with any skill or torn down altogether. Heed the warnings and avoid C&S, and find someone - even at a higher price or with a long wait list - to avoid the grief and headaches I had to endure dealing with them.
