Absolute Nightmare! Roof color was not as promised; Numerous, extensive leaks started after roof replaced (both skylights now leaked for 1st time ever, flashing around vents in attic caused visible water damage in 5 different rooms & areas), mandatory ice & shield completely omitted in some areas, old flashing previously covered left exposed & damaged; no needed starters around entire home nor proper edge to protect siding on back of home from rain; improper flashing work around bump outs over deck not corrected until requested & list goes on. One nightmare after another, including Worst Subcontracted Painting Company Ever!! Well over year later, most of correction work is still not done & zero follow-up communication or effort shown to complete anytime soon.
Will take legal action if not fully & properly resolved to customer satisfaction. Worse contractor experience ever.
