I give this company 0 Stars as they are screwing my friend over in total to the tune of $22,500 for a simple Seawall repair. The initial charge was 20000 and now they are attaching on an extra $2,500 claiming incidental unforeseen work. They are claiming that cleanup and debris removal is an unforeseen incidental charge and are trying to tack on $2,500 on top of the $20,000 they already charged her. Anyone who knows anything about contract work will tell you that cleanup and debris removal should be included in the initial charge. NOT added as an unforeseen incidental. I believe that they are doing this to this particular woman because she's elderly and they probably think they can get one over on her. What they aren't banking on is that she has a team of people looking out for her interests myself included. Don't use this company or they'll screw you over too.
