BEWARE! C Scott Building and Remodeling dissolved his company because he has been sued for breach of contract.

He installed a metal roof for us in October of 2015, was not on site towards end of job, crew did not remove tar paper and adhered pea gravel, put metal roof over existing roof, screwed gutters into rotted wood of soffit/fascia and will not make repairs to honor warranty. Currently seeking legal advice to recuperate losses and cost of extensive, costly repairs.

We hired C Scott Contracting for a metal roof. What an absolute beautiful job they have done! The professionalism from start to finish, from quote to payment is unmatched. Everything was explained, from the types of materials they use to the processes they follow. Noteworthy is the cleanup. The day of demolition I came home to literally no dirt! There was no evidence of anything being torn down! Pride shows in their work, the price is more than fair, and the materials they use are quality. I strongly recommend C Scott Contracting.

Scott, and his knowledgeable crew, have performed a roof replacement on my 3 car garage, a roof replacement on a storage shed, and the complete replacement of my English tudor fascia on the front of my house. It's far too often that a contractor will not complete a job on time or not return a call. Not with C. Scott. He gets a quality job done on time and keeps you advised of options during the project. He has done my chiropractic office and rental property work. This is the only man I call. Very highly recommended

C Scott Building does great work. I own many properies and I have now hired them many times to do small projects and also very large projects. I have always gotten great work at a very fair price. I dont have to worry that my bill will be higher than the estimate I was given. Estimates have always been accurate unless I chose to add services to the project. I would highly recommend this company.
