C&T were awesome to deal with. We had a porch redone. From the start with Rich to the job with Jon they were amazing. We will be using them for all our future home renovations. Rich always answered his phone with any question we had, even on a Sunday afternoon. I never heard his voice mail. Truly a professional company.

Jon and his crew was excellent in building a new deck for us. He used high quality materials and the final product came out great. Jon and his crew completed a major addition for us, with a family room/bar extension, elevated Porch, magnificent staircase down to patio and outdoor gazebo with fireplace. Work was completed promptly, and checklist of issues quickly eliminated. We liked the team so much, we added in a basement finishing project as soon as the first job was done.

Last November, John and his team did an excellent job in replacing our deck. We had a large; 116 feet long deck of treated wood. John and his team replaced it with composite at a very competitive rate and in less time than quoted. Recently, we asked John to repair some outside molding and gutters along with a window frame. John has been very dependable and easy to work with on both jobs.

I hired Master Total Remodeling to build a deck for me and couldn't possibly be any more pleased than I am. To Whom It May Concern:
I selected Mr. John Chong (C & T Master Total Remodeling) to replace and renew the deck at my residence. The work was completed between October 2014 and September 2015.
The project was a challenging one, including full replacement of the existing 7 year-old 586 square-foot deck with lighting, deck posts, a spiral stairwell, concrete foundation, a deck gutter system, and waterproof “underdecking” (allowing usage of space under the deck during precipitation). The existing frame contained many angles that needed to be accommodated for during installation of the replacement.
Framing, fascia cladding, electrical extensions with upper level and lower level lighting detail was installed with great care and precision. When it was pointed out that gating spindles did not correlate with the spindles that were agreed upon per the contract, Mr. Chong replaced them promptly. When it was noted that one of the railing poles on the spiral staircase was accidentally damaged during installation, Mr. Chong ordered a replacement, which Mr. Chong intends to install in the near future. Areas of exposed fascia from the original deck construction were covered.
Mr. Chong clearly pays attention to detail and takes pride in his work, as he should. The respect that he commands from his employees is obvious. He sets an excellent example for them. Mr. Chong listened to what my needs were and made helpful suggestions. He maintained his pleasant demeanor even during challenging circumstances; it was a pleasure to have Mr. Chong heading the team remodeling the deck at my residence.
I would recommend Mr. Chong highly to any individual who is considering household remodeling.

I couldn't have hoped for more when working with C&T MTR, I hired them to build me a deck on my house. It's 640 square feet, timbertech composite and white vinyl railiings. First a designer came out to measure my house, Lou, took measurements and then showed me a lot of samples from different manufacturers. The next day I received a computer generated image of a deck design that would work on my house.
We agreed on a very reasonable price and finalized the contract within the week. Everyone was very friendly and made the permit process very simple. It was great, a day after the permit was approved they started building my deck! Everything was done by the end of the month. It looks great and the service was terrific!

I hired Master Total Remodeling to remodel my entire house (new floors, counter tops, moved a wall, and repainted the entire interior). They did an excellent job! All of their workers were neat and always on time. I'll definitely hire them again.
Rob and John are a great team. They do amazing work and made us feel like we were in good hands throughout the permit/inspections and construction phases. The final inspection went great and all open issues were addressed promptly. They were on time and on budget to their quote. We were so pleased with their quality and craftsmanship on our deck that we have also asked them to quote us on some interior projects like our kitchen and basement bathroom. I would recommend C&T Master Total Remodeling without any hesitation. They truly earned their 5star rating!!!
