I'd love to give Charlie a good review. The work he completed is very good, and he's a nice guy. HOWEVER, we've had to nag him constantly to return to finish. He still hasn't come back to do the last day's work after I made the mistake of paying him off early (at his request). Now we hear one excuse after another..."wheel fell off the truck", "family member died", "too hot", "too cold"...apparently he isn't coming back. And really...we've been super polite and respectful to the man. So, unless it's a quick job, I wouldn't recommend Charlie.
