I hired Chad to upgrade my house and gave him 12k dollars. The work was not done and after one year I had to go to court. I won the case but have been unable to collect against Chad. This is devastating to a senior living on social security.

Addition, new kitchen and powder room
    $150,000

Took $64 thousand dollars from us and now is. Where to be found! Hired Chad to do a $150,000 addition to our home. The crew came a couple times to tear down siding and prep for work. Leaving my home exposed to the elements over winter. Kept trying to get ahold of Chad. In the beginning he kept giving me “official” start dates but heard from neighbors he left town and ran. We’ll now we’re stuck piecing our project together to get it done and hopefully we have enough money in the loan to finish. Having to pay $64k plus interest on stolen money sucks!! This is highway robbery and I hope we can recoup eventually.

    Remodel entire house
    $200,000

Chad is unreliable! He walked out on us and never finished the remodeling project. Over two years and we are stuck! His worker called us and informed us that Chad is nowhere to be found. Extremely disappointed! Deck does not meet code. We are stuck trying to find one who will finish the job. Very frustrating experience.

Had work done in September/October/November of last year. Marlin and the guys were great! I was so impressed I decided to have other work done and forwarded $2000 I preparation. Had someone show up at my door saying he was a contractor that worked on my house for Chad and hadn't been paid, therefore was putting a lien ny house. I was able to get ahold of Chad after leaving several messages. He explained the business was having problems but if I hung in for awhile he would complete the work as promised. I did but after hearing nothing for a few months tried to get ahold of him again. Voice mail full, no answer on his phone and no response to emails. Heard thru the rumor mill that he left the state (?)

    install shower

I had Drawbaugh construction install a shower in our master bath. From the time we started the order (May 2020) for a custom shower stall we had trouble getting Chad to return calls. we ended up dealing with Marlin Hovis who was very easy to deal with and would answer his phone or get back to me if I left a message. We had them install an Onyx Collection custom shower for about $7000.00. I removed the old shower and did the prep work for the new one. They came and did the install (Oct 2020) and for the most part the install is great, but the two end caps were not properly installed and have gaps at the top and bottom. I called and let Marlin know about this and we talked about how this could be taken care of and the easy way would be to get two outside corner trim and install them to cover the gaps. after a few weeks of not hearing anything I called Marlin and was told they could order the trim, but it would be about $92.00 for each piece. I told them I was not going to pay another $200 to fix their mistake. Another couple of weeks and I get an email (Dec 2020) from Marlin that he is no longer employed at C W Drawbaugh. I call C W Drawbaugh office number and leave a message, I call Chads cell number and leave a message, I text Chad, I send emails to the office and get no reply to any of them. On Dec 30, 2020 I try calling again and leave yet another message and I get a call from Chad, we talk, and he tells me he has been out of town hunting and did not have cell service. When I ask about what was going on with the trim, he took offence to this and that was the last time he responded to me. I have called his cell the office and left messages and he has not returned any calls, I have sent him text messages and sent emails and the same thing no reply to any of them. So, I would highly recommend you do not pay until you have inspected everything and are completely satisfied because you may never hear from C W Drawbaugh ever again or better yet just go with a reputable company because as I have found out this one is not.

    Kitchen remodel

I got the kitchen of my dreams. Chad and Marlin made sure I got exactly what I wanted. The whole team worked so hard every day, sometimes staying late to get certain jobs done. They cleaned up every day, sometimes on their hands and knees to make sure everything was clean. They are very competitively priced. I would recommend C.W. Drawbaugh to everyone. I am just so thrilled with my new kitchen! I wish I could post a picture or two.
