My husband and I bought a home from this company. Apparently it was a foreclose and this company bought it and fixed it up. At first site of the home, it appeared to be a beautifully redone flip. The kitchen was beautiful, hardwood floors were redone, showers resurfaced all with new granite. My husband is a flooring contractor and we knew that this would be a wonderful opportunity to own some beautiful property and a wonderful home. After moving in and living in the home, the real "condition" of the work is starting to show. We have discovered leaks in pipes where the sheet rock was just replaced to cosmetically hide the leaks. Some of the towel racks were just siliconed onto the walls instead of being properly installed. Leaks from an outside source into one of the bedrooms were hidden by new sheet rock. A water heater pipe that was not tightened enough that caused water to drip down and partially flood due to a drip pan that was not hooked up to an over flow drain. Not to mention other quick fixes that seem to be coming up. Very disappointed in the craftsmanship of the work done. I realize this was a flip and we truly love the house and property, but have some pride in the work you do. Don't just cosmetically hide the flaws to make some money. We are lucky, we are able to fix many of these things, but why should we have to? Beware of work done by this company.
