We had a board meeting last night, and I made inquiries about C3. They do architectural work for Myles Horne, who is our building's new sponsor. I asked Myles what he thought about the firm, and he was very happy talking about them. He says his company gives them all of their business. As such, I feel that I can safely conclude that they are a pretty good firm.
As I think back now, they gave a presentation to our board last October for renovating our building lobby and exterior. I felt they were very knowledgeable, and above all, very patient. I remember coming away with a good feeling about them.
