I was referred to Ca dwelling from a co worker,
I have to say, they really took their time to understand my vision and concerns. The task at hand was to create a new kitchen, add on an additional 480sf master suite w. bathroom remodel, It came out STUNNING we were beyond happy with the results although it did take way longer then we expected since the windows got delayed 3 times due to the supply chain shortage.
Shortly after the job was completed we noticed noticed the grout in the shower sank a bit, However we contacted the company and they sent Kareem out within one day, It took him no time at all to make the necessary repairs and we have been in good shape ever since. I love the way they handled the situation. Overall it was a great experience.

I have a family of five and my daughter had been begging for a bigger room and my son wanted his own space separate from his little brother. David and Tal presented several potential options to us. I was very impressed with how competent and thorough they were. We expressed our issues and desires, and they were able to come up with some great solutions. Ultimately we decided to add more square footage to my daughters room and convert the garage and add a 2nd story, so that my teenage son could have his own space. Everyone is so much happier now thanks to these guys and I honestly feel that we have the best house for our family now.

I bought a fixer in a prime location and needed a complete home renovation. I was looking for a contractor that built in my area before and was referred to Tal by one of my neigbors. After seeing few of their ongoing projects I knew they can deliver, and they sure did beyond my expectations. I keep getting compliments on my house all the time. We wanted to add 1000sqft to our home. We interviewed a couple GCs and got quotes. CA dwelling isn’t the cheapest one, but the portfolios really caught my eye and meeting Tal and David sealed the deal. They made the process easy to understand, finished in a timely manner, and the results were exactly what I wanted. Highly recommend Tal and David if you like modern style.

We’ve owned our home for two decades now and it served us well over the years but it was time for a major uplift. Our standards were very high and we were selective with who we decided to work with. Before selecting CA Dwelling we got several quotes in addition to reviewing some of work each company had already completed. We had a good feeling about Tal and the team right away. Not only was their quote the most reasonable but they are just good people. There was so much that we wanted to get done however, we also wanted to take our time by having the projects completed one at a time so our home didn’t become one big construction zone. The staff was very understanding and worked with us to make that happen. This was very much appreciated. Their customer service is excellent, and the work was done well. We were able to get everything that we wanted taken care of thanks to this amazing team!

I had a bunch of space in the back that I wanted to make better use of so I called CA Dwelling and they really made it happen for us. This was an incredible team to work with. I got several bids on the project before deciding to go with this company and I’m so happy that I did! From meeting with David to the planning and construction, everything went very well. The crew was so professional and efficient. They came in and got to work right away. I loved seeing the unused space come to life and I feel like I am getting the most out of my property since this addition. Their work is amazing. Good job fellas!

David was professional and very responsive, he took care of all issues that came up during the project and explained to me why or why not make the changes.

A few weeks after completion of our Kitchen, we noticed that one of the custom cabinets got out of alignment.
I called the office, they immediately scheduled a time for the repair that was completed in a timely manner.

A friend told me about Ca Dwelling and was saying great things about his experience with Tal and his crew. My first question for my friend was “do they get rid of the trash?” Since I’m still traumatized from my last remodeling experience that felt like I was living in a dumpster. David was assigned to my project, he took the time to understand what our needs were with the project and made sure to outline everything very clearly with the right expectations.
