    This guy is a crook and has no idea what he is doing in the construction field.
    It has taken him 3 times longer to do the work than promissed.

    He also said he had "Extra Invoices" 8 months into the project for 36K. There were not estimates or change orders signed by us. This work should have included in the original scope of work and cost.

    Every phase of this job had MAJOR issues.

    Stay away from Ray Hayat his real name is Liroy Chayat, RUSHMORE DESIGN, CA STATE HOME BUILDERS. & DEVELOPMENT, GENERAL CONTRACTOR & REMODELING INC.

    There is far to much negitive info to leave. Just stay away.
