    Attic Cleaning, rodent infestation

    Needed my house attic cleaned of rodent droppings after a home inspector did an inspection for new buyers. I was in a serious time crunch, needed the attic done in 3 days prior to closing! I called Moses early Monday morning explained my situation, and he adjusted his schedule to come out Tuesday morning at 8:00am. He had quoted me a price based on my square footage, 2 story 2200sq ft. at around $2400. He explained they would remove droppings, sanitize, remove all old insulation and replace with new. He takes videos of before and after showing the work being done. He also makes it rodent proof and informs you of any other attic or duct work that needs to be done. The work was expertly done, no mess and the final bill was $2475 after another crawl space was discovered. What follow through! Very professional, a true life saver! I highly recommend this company!
