I hired Chuck to install custom countertops. After being EXTREMELY SLOW and UNPROFESSIONAL, many months later he shows up and installs countertops that look like prefab with a 4" board attached on the backside. He did not ask nor dis I ask for that! When I told him he needs to remove that piece on back, he told me that is what he does. I told him if I wanted prefab, I would have bought prefab. I expected CUSTOM so I can finish my farmhouse dacor look. He refused to replace them and refused to refund my money. $950 later, I still need countertops!
