Customer no service. Price is low. But they messed up my order. I have tried several times to contact them but nobody will get back to me. I had to costume make some components to replace the wrong ones they send out, that eat the cost savings. I will not use them again. You end up paying less for things you did not order so there is no savings at all.

OK, do not know what is going on but from what I can figure out Industrial Edge USA is Cabinets Direct USA. Anyway the bottom line is I had one problem after another. I placed my order and they promised a delivery date for my cabinets. The date came and went and I must have called at least 3 times. Each time they said it will be on the way right away. Each day nothing. I finally got my cabinets over a week after promised. They did not even call to tell me they were being delivered. They just showed up. Once they came it went from bad to worse. Some cabinets were missing and 2 others were damaged. More calls and complaining and they say they are working on it. It took another week to get this fixed. In the meantime all my work had to be postponed this cost me a lot of money. Bottom line is watch out! I would not work with them again if they paid me.

Bad service and they got the order wrong. Needed a lot of effort to clean up the mess. Price is low but not worth it in the long run. Go with someone who knows what they are doing.

Horrible customer service with prejudice practices. I actually just left their new location next door to the Karl's in Orange, New Jersey. The designer or representative insisted on throwing large quotes at me without even knowing what the measurements were to my Kitchen. I believe his name was Frank. I walked in and asked if they matched prices since I've been shopping around as a smart shopper. Frank said yes if it's the exact manufacturer. So before we got well into the meat of things I asked if they had grey cabinets he immediately responds "Those are going to cost you $8,000 or $9,000 dollars" as if this would be 1 million dollars to me. Remind you he had no measurements to go by. I am certain this RANDOM number was thrown out there to deter me from moving forward with a design plan. He apparently thought I did not appear to be a serious buyer or could not afford to purchase their product. Moving along I asked about the granite for the counter tops he immediately proceeded by showing me the granite samples "Ok this is our lower grade entry level granite". At this point I am steaming and ready to explode. So instead I say to the jerk "It's not about the money it's about what I like and willing to purchase". Of course the product I like was on the more expensive side and he yells out again O that's about $85.00 a square foot as if this was out of my range. Unfortunately my encounter with Cabinets Direct in Orange, NJ was very distasteful and prejudice which leads me to believe Frank was a complete idiot who lacks people and professional skills. I would hate to call a person a racist since I do not know him but with prejudice acts such as his he may indeed be a racist. I will take my $10,000.00 budget for a new kitchen and put it in a more inviting, respectful, friendly establishment. Actually Cabinets To Go is where I will be spending my cash!!! The designers there were very professional and the customer service was impeccable.
