    Without having even got in contact with anyone, I can already tell how "professional" this company really is. Besides not responding since the introductory email (which was TWO WEEKS AGO), they were informed that I had very little time to get a bid. I provided them a detailed project in which I called about multiple times on different occasions. Yet the operators repeatedly picked up the call and hung up abruptly without saying a word.

    If you want someone reliable to work with who's professional, possesses communication skills, and overall competence, I'm POSITIVE you can do better than working with Cabo 21.
