    Build a west wing onto our existing house.

    We contracted with Don to add on, a west wing, to our existing house. It was an additional 1000 sq.ft. He was professional, efficient and creative. He was very helpful. He added a large bedroom, large closet, a bathroom with a walk-in tub, and a living room. He also created a study which is where he attached the west wing. If you didn't know the west wing was added, you wouldn't be able to tell. We also needed landscaping done to accommodate the new addition. That was also done timely and beautifully. My husband and I are very pleased with the result and would definitely recommend Cactus Valley Homes.

    Custom home build

    Cactus Valley Homes built our custom home. Don came highly recommended by our bank. He stayed on schedule in this period of supply chain issues with careful planning. He communicated daily with us, we always knew what was happening at the site and who would be onsite. He was very careful to make sure design details were satisfactory. He has high expectations for his subcontractors and manages them closely. Quality work! We will use him again in the future.

    Cactus Valley was easy to work with. They responded quickly to my request with a quote. Scheduling was easy and they showed up on time the day of the work. They did a great job installng a tile backsplash that looked great with my new granite. It was noticed the evening after the work that there were a few spots where grout/sealer was missing. When I contacted them, they did not put up a fuss about it; they came back out the next day and filled in the spots. Overall, great work and very easy to work with. I am considering them for another job.

    Don & Cactus Valley did a major kitchen remodel & master bathroom addition for our 40 year old house in Apache Junction. Don worked well with our MN based designer and had all his subcontractors visit our house one afternoon before bids were due. We got several great ideas from that session for plumbing, electrical & HVAC upgrades. The project was completed on time and we were kept well informed on changes needed. Don provided daily reports on work performed & people on site as well as weekly pictures via email to MN. We were very satisfied with the finished project and felt we received good value. Would definitely recommend Don and would use again

    Cactus Valley Remodeling came to my house and installed a new water heater, which also needed a new dry wall half-wall it sits on. All the work was done in s timely fashion, and was done to our satisfaction! We also called this company back to install 2 dual pane bedroom windows, and again this was quality work and done in record time. Will call again for future work on our 12 year old house!!
