My Wife and I moved over from Western Washington, bought land above the potholes reservoir and began our search for a builder, We interviewed several and decided to go with CAD Homes, Drew Scott was very professional and we liked what we heard, Never building a home we needed someone we could communicate with and answer the phone when needed, Drew and his team were OUTSTANDING in this department, We took all Drews recommendations for a architect , and the build began, Drew and his team had several recommendations that we loved, I'm only going to say that , we had our idea of our dream home, and CAD ,DREW SCOTT, not only delivered he exceeded our expectations beyond comprehension, We invite anyone to our Home if this isn't enough proof , come see for yourself. Drew and crew were great. No complaints. Great work. Friendly on time. Everything that was promised was done. I highly recommend this builder. My house is beautiful inside and out.

I was very shocked to hear the negative comments about CAD holmes I have been in my new house for almost 2 months now and I hope I do not experience any issues for a long time. My brother in law inspected my house before I bought it and he is not one to be impressed but he was at the quality and details that we done to my home. He even showed up on my first day after receiving keys and walked through the house with me. So thank you CAD for my new home!!!

Run while you can!! It took my posting a sign in front of my house to get their attention. My phone calls & emails were ignored. It only worked because they were building several new homes just a block away.
Walked off the job without completing promised repairs, Drew never bothered to inspect his crews workmanship or lack thereof. Damaged my personal property in the process but didn't tell me about any of it just left it for me to find on my own.
Majority of the repairs they did make didn't hold & they caused more damages in their repair attempts. Hinges on door from house to garage no longer self closes, vinyl that they had to replace (July 2019) thru out is lifting just like the original, grout sealer was dribbled & left to dry on the back splash tiles, walls, counter tops & sinks in both bathrooms, the laundry room & kitchen. Carpets that were stretched improperly & are now unraveling & need to be replaced.
Quotes to complete their promised repairs & fix their damages is in excess of $12,000.00 but doesn't include the roof issue that has just recently cropped up nor the cost of having to add gutters due to their redesigned roof & the issues that it has created.
Unfortunately there is so much much more....

CAD Homes is the worst builder ever!
4 moths past finish date substandard work doesn’t know what straight is or square is.
Builder is horrible unethical makes promises that he will not keep continues to lie to you face to face deceptive.
Very dissatisfied and has not finished any part of the build completely HORRIBLE
STEER CLEAR!!!

CAD homes is amazing! The crew, management and office staff are the most amazing people to work with. Super helpful and professional and want to make your dream home come to life. 10/10 would recommend!

I want to say thank you to CAD Construction for making our home building process so amazing! Their attention to details and their ability to communicate with us during the building process made building our home (although stressful) a great experience. Thanks to their hard work, expertise and their sense of humor I now have the home of my dreams! Thank you for everything! I highly recommend them CAD to all of my friends and anyone wanting to building the home they’ve always dreamed of.
