    I’m not sure if Cadence Homes is still in business or not. Brad Yocum promised the world, but fell very short. I placed a $2,500 deposit on a home build with him. He seems to have left town and is not responsive to emails. I asked for a partial refund of my deposit, because his designer did spend time helping us organize our build. Brad has kept the entire deposit. Please look at oscn.net. Brad Yocum has had multiple lawsuits, and is responsible for repayment of funds exceeding 1 million dollars. Brad Yocum may have once been honest and trustworthy, but that is not my recent experience. Please do your research before considering him or his company for your build.
