This contractor pulled the permit under his license d/b/a Lowes Home Centers, LLC and installed 27 Pella windows in 2015. They were not sealed and secured properly and caused water to enter behind the windows and between the wall. This problem was not discovered until June 2019. It has been 6 weeks so far and neither Lowes nor Mr. Cafaro have provided a solution. Be aware that Lowe's self insures for general liability which means they don't buy a general liability insurance policy. There is no government oversight for the way they handle these internal claims. Be informed and understand the consequences of hiring companies who "self insure".

I hired Lowe's to do a job to do offense at my house there are people that they qualify as a subcontractor put the fence and the concrete in without a postal inspection and only put in 1 foot of concrete so I had to dig it up and get the building department back out here to do a post hole inspection since it's not required in Broward County and basically resend the building permit for this job I would recommend not hiring these people

Lowes recommended Peter A Cafaro iii to install a chain link fence for our dog. First there were holes in the fence then there is a loose corner post and two gates that do not close properly. Their work is very sloppy. DO NOT HIRE THEM.

This contractor pulled the permit for Lowe's Home Centers LLC for my window job 8/2023. It is now 1/2024 and I have 3 windows wrong size, 2 missing windows and damage to my vinyl siding and a demolished marble windowsill! Do not use Lowe's and this contractor!
