    To All Veterans.. Johnny Cain will build you a nice house, as he did with us. A nice Handicapped house for me and my wife. But after things were done, we had some warranty issues. I'll just say we still have have the following issues: sheet rock, plumbing, electrical, fencing, concrete problems. He came back for some sheet rock problems, that is it. Veterans administration has been notified..

    We contacted Caine's and sat down with them to discuss our plans to build our home. It is very important to us that who ever we choose to build our home, follows thru with what they say they are going to do. Well Caine's got our information and what we wanted and said they would get back to us in about three weeks once they were done pricing the project. Three weeks passed and we did not get no feedback so we called them back and they gave us some bs excuse that they were still waiting for a pricing on the lumber and would call us back. Here we are a few weeks later and still no response. No calls or anything letting us know that they have not forgotten and are still working on it. Well this is actually a blessing in disguise because we prefer to spend our money with a builder that does what they say they are going to do and from our initial dealings with Caine's it is obvious that is not their custom. So we have contracted another builder to handle our $450,000 build. You never get a second chance to make good first impression is the message Caine's should heed. R & S Rodriguez
