I would highly recommend Robert Cane for any electrical needs. He is very professional, dependable and trustworthy. He gave us an estimate, explained our options then fixed the issue in a timely manner. It was a pleasure doing business with Mr. Cane.

I asked Mr. Cain several times (email, text, phone) to contact my home warranty company to provide a "diagnosis" of his findings. I assured Mr. Cain that his diagnosis or report would in no way impact my payment to him. However, he refused to contact my home warranty company. Because of this, I paid the entire cost out of pocket.
I am not an electrician but do not doubt that Mr. Cain does not do quality work. Mr. Cain went to my home promptly after we called and sent pictures. He provided a written receipt initially and then added PayPal charges on a subsequent receipt. He repaired and/or replaced everything that required attention.
However, it was his distinct failure to provide less than 10 minutes worth of customer service that prompted me to provide this rating. Simply put, if you are interested in having electrical work done, he may be the answer to your problem. If you need someone to call your warranty company, I suggest you search elsewhere.
