This man is a cheat and escalated many contracts of my clients I designed the houses for. One in excess of $45000+- and the other $9000+- than first agreed upon when I recommended him. I have known this individual as a friend, client and business partner. Has lied to me repeatedly as well. Has utilized my creations and inventions to present to investors as his own. We've had no less than 3 meetings of my inventions. He is presently suing a Deland church for breach of contract based upon duration of time to provide funding. He did no improvement on the property and only paper shuffled. I am in the process of locating this church to further document in evidence.
I have personally known this individual since 2006. this is not his address portrayed nor his house below.
