This is the WORST contractor in California. Stay away from this contractor.
This contractor started a remodeling project of converting a garage to a casita in the Mission Hills community in Rancho Mirage. The project was started by Calacon Inc. in June 2014 and it is still not completed in June 2015. The neighbors are having to look at particle board and a complete mess of an uncompleted project. The HOA is all over this contractor.
To make matters worse, the owner of Calacon is dating this home owner and living there; parking his ugly work truck at the property in violation of HOA rules.
Get the job done. Make the home and property look beautiful like the rest of the neighborhood. All of your neighbors are wanting this nightmare of a remodel completed--it has been over a year of a project not being completed. It is eyesore.
Calacon is terrible!!! Do not use them!!! Trust all of us on this.
