Low quality, disappointing pool service. The technician Israel is one of the laziest people I have ever met. He missed services regularly and claimed he could not get in the backyard because he had to walk on dirt to get to the pool? When I said I would have to get a new service he called his company and said he didn’t feel safe? I didn’t criticize, complain or raise my voice, my landscaper was present during my last interaction with the technician and he thought the technician was making excuses to get out of work. I would never recommend this company and even further would warn anyone I know to avoid them and warn others before time and money is wasted. Overall poor service and no apparent skill in their trade.
