This company did the work on the house we bought. We have had to pay ocer 15k in repairs in the past 3 weeks on a house that was 'move in ready'. They used fittings on pipes that were not built for the pressure. Half of the outlets dont work, and the other have werent grounded. The none of the windows stay in the frames unless they are screwed in. The back door is not frames in. The tile on the backsplash is not grouted in and there is a half inch gap between the tile and the cabinet. The floors were not finished and because of thisnthe washer got stuck underneath it and it pulled up. We had to remove from becaise they didnt leave enough space for standard laundry units to fit. None of the vents are corrently installed, half of them arent the right size, and the other half are loose. The carpet does not have padding below it so you feel the nails. The plumbing in the bathroom was not sealed so as soon as the water was turned on, it busted apart and flooded. The door and window frames are not square so doors dont stay open or dont shut. And now we can not get in contact with the company to ask for updates.
