It was ALWAYS extremely difficult to reach Mr. Caldwell. Months would pass and no reply. Attitude was poor and arrogant. Work was not completed and did not comply to specifications. During installation, they ruptured an underground sprinkler pipe. Just found out from my sprinkler person, they did a crappy job. Would not hire them again nor would I recommend them to ANYONE!
