    The built our 2 bedroom ADU in our property exactly as designed by our architect. They took care of getting building permits from the city every step. They had a good team of workers and subcontractors. Very professional. Highly recommended.

    This was our 2020 Townhouse remodel at 3130 Montrose Ave, Unit #108, La Crescenta, CA 91214
    The success of a home remodeling project is all about the general contractor. Mr. Murad Muradyan provided skilled advice and expert craftsmanship to our project. We had our outdated 1981 construction townhouse completely gutted and remodeled by Calecco, under his guidance. Mr. Muradyan organized and directed the transformation of an old space with numerous structural challenges, into a modern upscale and convenient home. He had a skilled and resourceful crew at his fingertips, providing elegant touches, that delighted us and expanded our ideas. He carefully explained his process and reasoning and was able to interact with and stay within the rules of an exacting HOA. He made excellent recommendations for fiscally reasonable materials suppliers when we wanted more choice. Most importantly, he and his team delivered a fine end result in the difficult time of Covid. The main things we can say about Calecco are that they are honest, receptive to input, take responsibility, highly skilled, and timely. Mr. Muradyan is a talented, compassionate general contractor who took the time to learn about what we wanted. If you manage to nab this company for your projects, you are truly fortunate.     House remodeling

    After doing weeks of research, my husband and I finally found the company to do the construction work on our house. We contacted Murad via yelp and within an hour we kindly discussed what we wanted and he set up an appointment to come and look at what we had in mind. His professional and confident attitude made us not think twice on hiring him for the job. I had a vision in mind that I wanted and Murad wrote it all down and said all my samples will be ready soon for our approval to start the project.
    Fast forward to the day it started: Murad arrived with his team 8am sharp and were ready to start the project. He went over what we wanted and involved us in the meeting so we were aware how the demolition and the overall process was going to start.
    Long story short, if there are a million way to say thank you we would. In all honesty we couldnt be happier. Our vision came to life and would even say it exceeded our expectations.
    Thank you sooo much Murad!

    kitchen and bathroom remodel, floors and painting

    Calecco Construction recently completed a full remodel of my rental unit and I'm extremely happy with the results. They were able to work with my schedule being out of town most of the time and completed the project on time. Excellent communication and updates throughout the process and Murad and the team were a pleasure to work with. They really exceeded expecations in every way.

    What's more impressive is that I found them via a random Yelp search. They were one of the few contractors that offered a 'schedule estimate' via Yelp and were extremely efficient and timely from the start. They also have a very nice social media presence so I knew they stood behind their work. Definitely a nice touch in the digital age especially since I was away most of the time and was able to follow progress online.

    Murad is a pleasure to work with and everyone I met on the team were also very professional and friendly. Would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone that is looking for a reliable contractor.
