I was stuck with this contractor as they are a contract for Home Serve USA. I had issues from the start, but when I tried to switch contractors I was not permitted to. They do not return calls and I had to have someone else come in and finish the work that they were paid almost $7,000 for. Their employee (who is no longer there) set up tree stump removal with someone I know because their company blew me off two weekends in a row. Now they are refusing to pay him stating that there was no contract, however there was a verbal contract. Now I will have to pay for this. The worst company that I have ever dealt with.
