Great communication at first, but then it tapers off when it's time to finish. Good design ideas and decent construction, but details tend to be overlooked. They seem to be spread too thinly. Left job unfinished.

I think of them every winter when my bathroom pipes freeze. Good design, but too many details left undone or screwed up. Communication was very difficult near the end of the job.
