We had four condos done and years later we are now finding out none of the homes passed inspection. Blake Suttle said he would take care of this. When I responded with questions, to make sure we would have recourse on our repairs. Never heard back from him again. In my opinion Drew and Blake Suttle are very dishonest people.
And what even worse, GIA Insurance, The liability insurance company on our contract. Won't do anything either.
Not sure why. Blake changed his business to helping people with insurance claims, judging by TotalScopes LLC's ( There new business) web sight. But they won't help with their own insurance. Again, just bad business.
