Kyle is a garbage mouth unskilled wanna be carpenter. Charged me an arm and a leg to install a 12 foot aluminum 3 panel slider and did a horrible job. Then he wouldn't take responsibility for his sub-par work. I called him told him the situation and he said he would call me back. Several weeks went buy and no call. Obviously he had no intention of calling me back. After that he has the gall to call me up and cuss and scream and yell at me for trying to get a response from him. The company that I bought the door from had to replace one of the panels several times and was having problems removing the panels from the track. They decided to check the door to figure out why it was so hard to remove the panels. They measured, checked for plumb and level. The panels were extremely hard to remove because the upper track was sagging and improperly shimmed. Also both jambs were out of plumb and the frame was set out of square. It was all documented with pictures. Because of the poor shim job and workmanship the company said they would not work on my door anymore until the shim problem was fixed. Of course that would mean tearing out the drywall and stucco again and then replacing it. AGAIN! They damaged my stucco and aluminum track because of the later. Now I have to repair the stucco, live with the track damage and if I need any repairs I am SOL!!!Kyle flat out refused to just come and check it out himself. That's just bad business and disrespectful. I built houses for over 30 years and his measly 10 years experience is obviously not enough. Kyle still has apprentice skills and should not be claiming to be a top notch carpenter. He isn't. He is an unskilled laborer at best. He's disrespectful, a foul mouthed liar and a cheat and gives all self respecting carpenters a bad name. Scumbag liar. Hire him at your own risk. You have been warned.
