Dealing with Eddie has been a NIGHTMARE! In the beginning, he was very nice and he kept telling me that he can do pretty much any doors that I liked. I sent him multiple pictures of doors that I like and he agreed to make them. He was supposed to do 2 main door and one sliding door for me. Shortly after, I give him $6k check as a deposit, I get a message saying he can’t do what he said he would do and stated yelling at me over the phone when I was very upset cause he already cashed my check and this was prob the best of dealing with Eddie. This is why I would gave him ZERO STAR if I could.
- I received wrong doors. Much thicker than what I ordered.
- Colors has changed within 3 months.
- They open toward outside. Especially, the main door opens outside.
- Doors are very poor quality. They’re uneven and gets super hot in the summer.
- I have had so much water issue that now I’m changing my sliding doors
Locks are very loose
- Sliding door locks does not work and unable to lock it.
- Please see all the attached photos for water damage I had in my properties.
- HE DIDN’T WATER PROOF THE DOORS. WATER GETS IN ALL OVER THE HOUSE WHEN IT RAINS.I have contacted Eddie many times. He kept asking for more money. Our agreement was $8k total. $6k in the beginning and 2k at the end. Well he never finished my doors and left in the middle of project. Water keeps coming in due to not water proofing the doors and locks don't work.
