    DO NOT BUY A HOME FROM THESE PEOPLE!

    These are the most disrespectful people. They are building a new project on Topanga Canyon Blvd. The construction noise is insane for people who live here. They are not supposed to start until 7am but they disregard the law and have started as early as 2:30am. Almost every single day the noise starts around 6:00am or earlier.

    I have complained to management many times and they always promise me it won't happen again, but it always does.

    The fact is that they care ONLY about themselves. They do not care about the neighborhood, the LAW, anything or anyone..

    Think about that because when you buy one of their homes and something goes wrong as is always the case with new construction, these people won't care about you either. They are a nuisance to our community and they are dishonest people.

    7-26-18 - UPDATE... after posting this, I was threatened by the owner Shawn Evenhaim to remove this posting. Instead I will be posting videos on YouTube with proof of my claims.

    Also, we met this morning and after showing him videos of his employees, contractors or vendors at 4:45am and many days where they are working well before 7am, he sent me a "nastygram" threatening me instead of promising to resolve the issues of construction traffic at all hours of the day and night.

    THIS IS THE MINDSET YOU WILL BE TREATED WITH IF YOU RENT AN APARTMENT FROM THEM OR BUY ONE OF THEIR HOMES. IT IS MY OPINION THAT THEY CARE ABOUT NOBODY OTHER THAN THEMSELVES AND THEIR BOTTOM LINE AND THAT THEY ARE A NUISANCE TO OUR COMMUNITY.
