    Worst company ever!
    They lie to you constantly and not just the receptionist Also the owner named Xavier!
    I think he does not even know what he is doing! After almost 9 months and he fixed my heater still does not work! Called for second opinion and they came out and he did the job wrong! He put the valve the wrong way! He does not know what he is doing! Save yourself if any homeowners insurance or anybody tells you to use them say NO WAY!

    TERRIBLE Customer Service and very unprofessional company!
    This company was picked by my Home warranty company (First American Home Warranty) to repair my A/C, they contact me and schedule an appointment with a time window of 4 hours saying they would call 30 min prior to showing up. Due to my work not being close to home, I took half day off. They never show up, didn't call to say why they couldn't show up, I call them and ask if they were going to make it or not, I was told they were running a little late but they would be there, I call my boss and ask for the rest of the day off. 3 hours passed and nothing, called again I was told to contact the technician directly, he never picked up the phone. I called my Home insurance company, they call them and say they needed to re-schedule, that I was going to be their 1st appointment the following day at 8am, once again they didn't show up. Overall I lost 1.5 days of work and my A/C is still NOT repaired...
    I will file a separate complaint about my insurance company as they shouldn't be using unreliable and unprofessional companies.

    Don't waste your time!

    I'd give zero starts if I could. Xavier is an arrogant and XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXy person. Given an 5 hour appointment he still couldn't show up on time. No late call no apologies, nothing. Don't use this guy.

    Beware of deceit

    This company was designated as my home warranty contractor. They don't answer their phones and make appointments that they fail to show up to. They pick and choose what projects they will service since home warranty is low-pay. CSLB info says they have no workers comp which indicates they have no employees (or being a stereo-typical bad contractor and cutting corners). They're not setup for customer service and rude. Last issue, they lie to First American Home Warranty about "parts on order" so they can tend to higher paying work until they catch their breath, while we sit in the sweltering heat with sick kids and dogs roasting at 90+ degrees for nearly a month.

    Air conditioning repair

    This company has the WORST customer service. They have cancelled on me twice and the third time they came out and claimed they were knocking on my door but did not even call me to tell me they were here. DO NOT use California Mechanical Solutions unless you are not in a hurry to have your equipment fixed and have a lot of free time to wait around to have them maybe show up.
