DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY – DISHONEST, UNRELIABLE, AND FULL OF SCAMS!

If I could give negative stars, I would! This pool builder is a complete scam artist who lies, cuts corners, and refuses to take responsibility for his garbage work. From day one, I’ve had nothing but problems with my pool system, and instead of fixing them, this guy just ignores me and hopes I go away.

But here’s the worst part—they tried to change my contract THREE TIMES! The salesperson(Rob) kept switching things up, trying to scam me out of what was originally agreed upon. I have proof of everything, and I’m more than happy to show it to anyone considering hiring this company. If you want to see the receipts, call me at [3236718082 Contact Info].

The pool equipment was installed incorrectly, and I’ve been dealing with issue after issue since the project was supposedly finished. This company doesn’t care about quality, customer service, or standing behind their work. All they care about is getting paid and moving on to the next victim. Things are still waiting to be done but now that Mr.Andrew has been paid in full you are like a flea to him.. As a professional pb you would think they would have fixed no wait scratch that properly install equipment the way it's supposed to plumbing etc.. making you thing you got the best of the best since they know you haven't any idea of pool systems... yeah good one .. broken promises that have been recorded yeah thanks Rob for your lies.. also They asked for 11grand when it's supposed to be 1000 smfh unbelievable...You don't have to take my word for it I have proof and will gladly produce it..then tries to get one of my buddies to finance with a high amount talking about ..oh in case you needed more money I referred him to the original pb we should have went with this guy acts like he gave me a and Immaculate pool however the pool design was mine which I forwarded to their quote unquote pool designer Rob/ salesperson and saying all he wasn't going to charge me for that laughing out loud..oh yeah and they even made my wife cry and cause us to have problems because of the lies ..and yelled at my wife on the phone remember that Rob.. tell them the truth buddy..

If you’re thinking about hiring this company, RUN in the opposite direction. They are dishonest, shady, and completely unprofessional. Save yourself the headache and go with someone who actually cares about their customers.

We're going with an outstanding pool remodel company, but our dream turned into a nightmare which is still going on in 2023. I read another review, which is very similar to what we are experiencing, so I am compelled to write my own to warn other prospective clients of a very disturbing pattern. First of all I will say that the craftsmanship on our pool design is beyond what we hoped this is all because of the outstanding craftsmanship of Maestro and his son who did all the tile work and the flagstone coping and stair work. Where our issues lie, the jacuzzi which was added to our pool has two water descents, which one of them is almost non existent just a small trickle of water, tried over and over again with Tony our project manager and owner of company have been sending texts since Last November which none have been answered. The other owner Andrew also knows of this issue he was at our home toward the end if our year long remodel, he pointed it out himself so he is aware but nothing has been done, we have also talked
And texted with Rob who keeps saying it will be addressed, Andrew said ASAP but weeks later nothing. We had spent over 100k dollars on this pool remodel, it seems once they are done they don't care anymore. They have their money and they don't care about their customer satisfaction We wish we had never gone with them. Now we have to pay MORE money to have the jacuzzi water descent fixed by another company. We will also be addressing this with the Better Business Bureau.
