I would only recommend CRF for flooring projects. More complicated projects, like our kitchen remodel, required project management skills and staffing that was beyond their scope. They didn't have the capacity to schedule sub-contractors on a continuous basis, so there were long gaps (up to 1 month at a time) with no progress at all. A 2-month project extended to 6-8 months. Problems occurred that they did not have the knowledge to solve. We ended up finishing the work ourselves, with the help of 2 other contractors. The biggest problem was the lack of communication. We didn't know from one day to the next whether anyone would be working at the site or what they would be doing.

Run away! Two years after the model and we are still paying to correct mistakes they made. Harry was rude and abusive to me and a project that was supposed to take 5 months took over ten (and was only finished because our architect-who recommended him-stepped in and paid to make right mistakes the contractor made). He outright lied to us on many occasions. Do yourself a favor and find someone else....LITERALLY ANYONE ELSE!!
