    We hired Luis Bravo, the leader of this company, and it was the worst mistake of our life. We made the mistake of not doing our research into his ENTIRE negative record with the California Contractors State License Board. When we requested the entire record, we found out that Luis Bravo appeared to have violated every single rule in the book, from fraud to incomplete work to working with a suspended license. We even discovered that Luis seemed to file for bankruptcy multiple times to apparently get out of paying people he screwed over, like us. We also discovered after working with Luis that he has several court judgments against him from previous projects like ours. Do your homework before you make a potentially HUGE mistake that you will definitely regret. We certainly wish we did.

    Now there is poor workmanship issues, charges that clearly overran the budget, and an abandoned project the he failed to finish.

    Addition Project (for the most part) eventually came out well (thanks to the workers). However, bad experience with the proprietor of this business. There were many broken promises. Incomplete jobs. Waiting extended periods to have things done. Constant request for payments. I made the mistake of referring (based on the quality of work of the workers) and again was let down. Avoid like the plague

    No I would not recommend this contractor to anyone. Horrible job very unprofessional. 4 day job took a month. I could go on and on but you get the picture. You should check out your contractors better. Very disappointed.
