Tim is a very friendly guy and very cost effective. I replaced a hot water tank and the total job with materials and labor he charged $700.00. Tim noticed extra things I need done and we set up another date for the additional work to be completed. He is a very busy plumber, Great Guy Great Price. Totally Satisfied.

Tim Ryan cashed my check, but never performed the service. Tim was to perform a backflow test on my irrigation system. He came out, but never turned in the results to the county. Tried calling him, leaving voice mails and there's no response. Completely ripped-off.
