Calusa Plumbing did a whole home re-pipe of my home in April, 2016. A faulty connection in a bathroom caused a flood and over $13K in damage to my home. The owner, Jeff Hansen assured me that he had insurance coverage, was responsible for the flood, and that he would "take care of it". He has been unresponsive and employed delaying tactics every since. It is now November of 2016. He has not provided the necessary information to my insurance company and refuses to handle this in an honest, responsible manner. I would not recommend him to anyone. J. Lavoie, Fort Myers, FL
