  I was very happy with John's work. He found the leak in my shower and fixed it. He also fixed the leak under my sink in the kitchen. His rates are very reasonable. I would definetly recommend him and use him for any future problems.

  Dangerous Experience!

  I have never written an online review, but in this case, it is warranted. After paying $1200 in advance for panel replacement, the owner had surgery and was unable to use his left arm. He attempted to do the work two after surgery and rehab, but instead said he was not able to use his arm. He left us without any heat. I called on a Thursday to report that there wasn't any heat and he said he would be there to fix it on the following Tuesday. It was 20 degrees outside! After a painstakingly wait over a 3 week period of part time work trying to install the one panel, I asked why he was only working on a main electric panel two hours here, two hours there, and he said he had to pick up his kids at school and that I was not his only customer! I finally called a new electrician who worked with a second technician do what had to be done, demolish and replace John's work. There is so much more, but suffice to say, this was the worst electrician I've ever encountered. As far as plumbing, he also installed a water filter and said when his arm is better he will pull the well pump. After the filter was useless, I called a second plumber only to find the first filter was installed incorrectly. I paid to fix this issue as well. Most devastatingly my dog was very ill. She died two months later after I spent thousands of dollars. This could not have been good for a healthy person or dog, much less one that was already ill. I called John to discuss tools and materials left in boxes that the second electrician would not use, asked that at the very least he return and refund, but he stands behind his work and said I should take him to court because the judge will find in his favor. Perhaps it's best to let the public decide. Here's the photo of the uncovered wires. Had anyone accidentally touched it in the 3 weeks he left it like this, which would have resulted in electrocution! John says he is licensed. I am wondering, licensed for what?
