We had a wonderful experience building with Camberlango Builders. Very upfront & honest from start to finish. Our homes was finished ON TIME & everything was done just how we wanted it. Highly recommend!

Wouldn’t fix anything. Snuck mismatched countertops into our the house. Left the yard with holes, rocks, large pieces of cement, very unlevel. Washing machine drain pipe had a “test plug” left in which flooded our our first night after moving in. Very dishonest.

We bought a home in Springville Utah in 2021 built by Camberlango. When we did the walk through we brought up many things including:
-the concrete under the front door was broken off with sharp corners.
-The top corner in one of the bedrooms was crooked when they did the drywall.
-They never leveled out our front and back yard.
They said they would fix these things at a later time but they never did!
The biggest selling point of the house was the neighbors toward our back yard was only going to be two houses one to the north and one to the south. This is what the plans showed and Camberlango used that as a selling point. They now are building 10 town homes behind us. Do not buy a house from Camberlango until all construction is complete because they will lie to you. I wish I could give a zero rating
