Big mistake to have this contractor do ANY work on your house. They estimated a cost of $1600 to do coat a flat roof with Henry Rubber material (5 gallons). They then offered the same estimate to a neighbor to do the exact same roof.. She said the estimate was very expensive and they immediately reduced the price to $800. Keep your hand on your wallet when dealing with these people

They are a bait and switch contractor - quoted for repair of flat roof portion of house, I asked them to look at the shingled portion and they stated it was in great shape, no issues. After repairing flat portion they stated that the back side of the shingled portion needed to be replaced. I asked why they did not tell me when I had them look at it originally, and they stated that their roofer found the issue. Asked at that point if they were not qualified to identify issues with the roof, why they were the person providing the bid, but I received no response.

Hiring these guys was a great decision I own two small businesses I had camelback home improvement paint the exterior of both properties and remodel the interiors I would definitely recommend these guys
