As an architect from the midwest, I can be a demanding client. We had a very short timeline for our remodeling project due to a delayed closing. Alex and Virgil are simply amazing! The first time I met them, they were on time and spent about 2-3 hours on taking notes for our project. I could clearly see the professionalism in this company. When they sent us the quote they did not miss a single thing and the price was really reasonable for the amount of work. They were ahead of schedule after the project began, and they finished it even earlier. Virgil held meetings with us every week to make sure we understood what was going on, and we couldn’t feel more comfortable. I have no words to describe the end product. It was an easy decision to select Five Star Remodeling over other contractors that we talked to for our home remodel project. Five Star listened to what we wanted to have done and provided suggestions for opportunities to improve the look of the finished product. Virgil provided a detailed scope of work for the remodel construction work along with a reasonable cost proposal.
Five Star Remodeling provided services to remodel the entire interior of our home. Virgil provided a lot of helpful input on the design for the kitchen and bathrooms. Virgil also took us to vendor showrooms and helped us in selecting tile, countertop, and flooring materials.
The cabinet fabrication and installation, and the bathroom finishes installation was excellent work. There were a few additions to the scope of the construction that Virgil had his crew complete at no cost to enhance the aesthetics of the finished product. No construction is perfect, but the few issues that did come up were addressed immediately and resolved.
Overall, the quality of the remodel construction work was excellent. Attention to minor details helped in producing a finished product that looks amazing. The remodel construction work was completed ahead of schedule and there were no surprise change orders. We highly recommend Five Star Remodeling for any home remodel construction.

Five Star did an amazing job on our project. They took over for another contractor who couldn't complete the job and made sure everything was finished and helped us get through the city inspections. They even helped with things that weren't their responsibility to make sure that our home passed. The whole team was responsive to our questions and concerns and I would wholeheartedly recommend this company to anyone looking for a home remodel.

We are now moved into our home and the list of things we need to do has increased and we are trying to prioritize the importance. He has helped us with some of the minor projects first, and has made us feel comfortable the entire time.
